Description
For 12yr olds and younger. Kids 1/2 sized portion of Slow roasted eggplant, capsicum and courgette in a rich flavoursome sauce of mushrooms and tomatoes, with a layer of roasted pumpkin and lentils giving this dish a ‘meaty’ bite and texture. We are also able to make this with a gluten free, egg free lasagne and a dairy free topping as a vegan option. The meat eaters in your group certainly won’t won’t feel like they are missing out!
