Kia ora and welcome to Havrincourt. We are your hosts Duncan and Georgie McGregor and our 3 children Maggie, Bertie and Belinda.

In 2018, a dream to restore the old boundary riders cottage on Havrincourt led to us listing The Farm Cottage on Airbnb to see if guests might be interested in coming to visit our little slice of paradise. The cottage soon became a popular choice for guests on the Otago Central Rail trail. We purchased some more land in April 2022 with a run down house and historic stone woolshed then becoming a priority project to continue to diversify our agritourism side of our business. This was a massive project, particularly given we had a commitment to guest bookings well in advance of completion, however The Nenthorn Farmhouse opened in March 2023. We still dream of restoring the boundary riders cottage in the future.
